We are thrilled to share that our esteemed SWIFT board member, Olwethu Jezile, has been selected by the ScreenCraft Works Cross-Border Mentoring cohort for 2024! With 44 mentees matched with 44 mentors across 30 different countries, this is a truly global opportunity for growth and collaboration.

Olwethu Jezile will be representing South Africa under the Cinematography category, bringing her unique perspective and talent to this international platform. Her selection is a testament to her dedication to the craft and her commitment to pushing boundaries in the world of film and television.

The ScreenCraft Works Cross-Border Mentoring Scheme provides structured career development with an international outlook, enriching careers in film, TV, and online work. Under-represented production and post-production talent are matched with international mentors to share knowledge and experience, widen employment and peer-to-peer networks, and bring new cultural perspectives to the mentoring groups' local and international productions.
