Need support in advocating for a workplace free from sexual harassment but don’t know where to start? Here’s what you need to know about how we can help you:
● Get in touch with one of the industry-trained Safety Contact Officers (SCO) who will
assist with reporting incidents of sexual harassment
● Refer your producer to the SWIFT Safety Contact Officer page (link in bio) for
bookings and inquiries to establish support and get an information toolkit
● Understand the legal framework of sexual harassment
Here’s what you will benefit from and how SCO can help you:
● Educate all workers, including suppliers about their rights and responsibilities when it
comes to sexual harassment
● Help producers mitigate against the risk of harassment in the workplace (The
producers need to see the benefit for them).
● Work in a stress-free, Safe and secure work environment for all members of the
production. (Goes beyond just the set but the entire production).
